The concerns commonly discussed online usually relate to highly refined industrial seed oils that are heat-processed and oxidized. Those oils are very different from the ingredients used in our formula.

Synerchii’s Brain & Heart Vitality is primarily composed of algae-derived Omega-3 DHA, delta tocotrienols from the annatto plant, and sprouted almond butter. These make up the majority of the product and were chosen specifically to support cellular, brain, and cardiovascular health.

The only seed oil used is Ahiflower oil, which is included in a small amount because it naturally provides stearidonic acid (SDA)—a precursor that the body efficiently converts into beneficial EPA omega-3s. Ahiflower oil is cold-pressed and not heat-processed, which preserves its nutritional integrity.

Not all seed oils are the same. Some, like black seed oil, flax, and Ahiflower, have long histories of use for their beneficial fatty acid profiles.
